Every time we’re growing outside our comfort zones we need to say goodbye to some old parts of ourselves. Throughout my life I’ve made so many changes that feels like a rebirth and I think that it’s the best way to describe it as me being a Supernova. Djane stands for a female dj.

Hi! My name is Aleksandra Soprunova aka. Djane Supernova! Nice to meet you!

I was born in Manhattan of Asia 😁 (Kasachstan). Since I was 6 years old I’ve told every neighbor that I’ve wanted to become a singer. I wrote my first song when I was a teenager. I‘ve studied my bachelor & master degree at Academy of fine Arts, Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

After graduating I’ve moved to Germany to work as a freelancer. I’ve worked as a piano teacher and a vocal coach, I’ve wrote musicals for schools, I’ve even had a band, but It wasn’t showing my personality and my full potential as an artist, because I wasn’t just a teacher, a musician or a performer. I needed to create. I’ve started to produce my own music and also became a DJ.

Now you can listen to my HAKUNA MATATA mixtapes on SoundCloud or first released song WEST COAST on every platform. I’ve found my truest passion as a Dj and a music producer. It took me years to get where I am today. I’m enjoying this journey and grateful for the opportunities that Universe is sending my way.
